Damien Fleau

Damien Fleau is part of a generation of composers who do everything themselves, a multi-instrumentalist. Trained as a saxophonist and pianist, this musician with diverse influences is primarily passionate about the cinematic world. His references range from Mozart, Ravel, Wagner, and Ennio Morricone to Nils Frahm, Steve Reich, and Philip Glass. His stage experience brings a particular openness and sensitivity to his creation.

“Breaking Waves” is his debut solo album. It features powerful music composed around the piano, supported by atmospheric synthesizer pads and electronic sounds. The album immerses listeners in the theme of waves, capturing their random, elusive, and untamed movements.
